Tomatillo Dressing

(GOES WITH CAFE RIO PORK AND RICE)
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 cup buttermilk & 1 cup mayonnaise
2 tomatillos, chopped
½ -1 clove garlic, minced
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
½ -1 small jalapeño chopped (Remove seeds to reduce the hotness) Blend in blender on high until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Chill until ready to serve.
